Abstract:
To provide an inspection device and an inspection method for a trolley wire facility which can preliminarily detect breakage of not only trolley wires of the trolley wire facility but also portions other than the trolley wires, which can make adjustment of a determination condition for each facility unnecessary and make comparison and confirmation with a real thing unnecessary.SOLUTION: An inspection device for a trolley wire facility, which is configured to inspect presence or absence of abnormality of a trolley wire facility that supplies electric power to a moving machine through trolley wires, comprises: a photographing device 21, mounted on the moving machine, which moves together with the moving machine to photograph the trolley wire facility as a visible video; and a shape determining part 22 that determines whether shapes or surface textures of one or more sites of the trolley wire facility are normal or abnormal, on the basis of extracted images of the one or more sites of the trolley wire facility, which are extracted from the visible videos photographed by the photographing device subjected to image processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
