Liquid-crystal display panel 2 to be inspected is vacuum-sucked on a stage 1, and a probing plate 3 is set up on a perpendicular line. The probing plate 3 has two or more probe needles 6 corresponding to individual picture element electrodes by one-to-one bases so that an inspection signal is impressed on the individual picture element electrode arranged to the liquid crystal display panel 2. Further, a signal generator 4 to input the inspection signal to the picture element electrodes of the liquid-crystal display panel 2 through the probe needles 6 is connected with the probing plate 3. Moreover, on the side of the probing plate 3, a piezo-electric element 5 is arranged which vibrates two or more times in a parallel direction with the liquid crystal display panel 2 at a fixed amount of the movement.
