Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily confirm any unpeeled remainder of a thin film.
CONSTITUTION: A cathode-ray tube 1, for which a defective thin film formed on the surface of a panel 2 is peeled, is dipped in a liquid 7 having the same reflectance as that of the glass of the cathode-ray tube. The surface of the panel 2 is made to emit light so as to inspect any unpeeled remainder 3 of the thin film.
