Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay deck plates stacked alternately with the front face and the rear face turned upward, at specified positions between beams, by equipping this device with a reversing structure in a traveling means on the lower floor where the deck plates have been laid completely, through an extensible arm reaching the upper part of a working floor. SOLUTION: An extensible member 3 extending to the upper part of a working block 11 is provided in a traveling means 2 on the working block 11k of the lower floor where the deck plates have been laid completely. Arms 5, 8 are made freely rotatable in the vertical plane by rotary structures 4, 6. Two arms are parallelly arranged in the arm 8 and electromagnets 7 are provided at the front ends of respective arms. The uppermost deck plate 10P of the stacked plates 10 is attracted and both arms 5, 8 are reversed to support the deck plate 10P below the arm 8 when the upper side thereof is the front face, and both arms 5, 8 are vertically erected upward to reverse the deck plate 10P and support it from the lower part and transfer it to a specified position and lay it down when the upper side thereof is the rear face.
