Abstract:

PURPOSE: To assemble an assistant unit which is driven by using power of an engine to the engine.
CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft l provided with a pump cam 2 on a right side is installed into a cylinder head of an engine. A cam shaft 1 is so rotated and positioned that a base circular space 2a of the pump cam 2 is located on an upper side. A passive pin 7 of an oil pump 6 is abutted against the base circle space 2a of the pump cam 2, while an oil pump 6 is attached to the engine. The oil pump 6 can be assembled without resisting elastic force of a coil spring 8 which pressurizes the passive pin 7.
