To provide an installing device of a Pachinko stand capable of fixing, removing and angular-adjusting the Pachinko stand automatically without requiring fastening/loosing operation of screws.

The device is provided with a lower unit and an upper unit for installing the Pachinko stand to an island side. The lower unit is provided with: a bracket part body installed on the island side; a clamp part body equipped to this and having a fixing part of the Pachinko stand to a wood frame; and a driving mechanism including an actuator operating the clamp part body. The upper unit is provided with: a bracket part body installed on the island side; a slide part body held to the bracket part body in a forward and backward movable state; a clamp part body having a fixing part of the Pachinko stand to a wood frame and equipped to the slide member; a driving mechanism including an actuator for operating the clamp part body; and a driving mechanism mounted on the bracket part body and including a second actuator for operating a slide.
