PURPOSE: To enable to facilitate a work to correct a position of an anchor bolt, by a method wherein, after a positioning plate provided with a recess-forming pipe is installed, foundation concrete is placed to form a recess for use with correcting work.

CONSTITUTION: A positioning plate 21 provided with a recess-forming pipe 26 is attached to a temporaty form 27 by engaging a projection 22 with an attaching hole 28 in the temporary form 27, an anchor bolt 23 is inserted through the recess-forming pipe 26, a positioning hole 24, and a guide pipe 25, concrete 29 is deposited, and after curing, forms are removed. In case a deviation in the position of the anchor bolt 23 is caused, the anchor bolt 23 is repositioned in a recess 30. After correction is made, the recess 30 is filled with mortar 31, and an uppermost end is levelled to finish an installing work.
