To provide an instant data evaluation system that makes it possible to collect and use instant data of a power conversion device or the like, which change at high speed.SOLUTION: An instant data evaluation system according to an embodiment includes a data measurement transmission device that acquires first data which is a measured value related to a first device connected to a communication network used for plant control and transmitting data in a first cycle, in a second cycle which is faster than the first cycle, from the first device, and forms packet data together with the time in association with each time when the first data is acquired, and a data evaluation device that receives the packet data from the data measurement transmission device via the communication network or a network whose transmission cycle is not guaranteed, performs desired processing, and outputs the packet data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
