Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely ensure the electrical insulation of an outgoing wire from a wound coil from a metal plate by a method wherein the outgoing wire from the wound coil is guided so as not to come into contact with a coil passage groove in the metal plate and it is passed from one face side to the other face side.

CONSTITUTION: A wound coil 2 is attached to one face 1a by making use of a metal plate 1 as the center, and a terminal stand 3 to which outgoing wires 2a from the wound coil 2 are connected is attached to the other face 1b. Then, in an electric insulator 4 which is interposed between the metal plate 1 and the wound coil 2, coil guide holes 4a whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of coil passage grooves 1c are formed in positions which coincide with positions of the coil passage grooves 1c in the metal plate 1. The outgoing wires 2a are passed through the coil guide holes 4a from the face 1a on one side to the face 1b on the other side so as not to come into contact with sidewalls of the coil passage grooves 1c, and they are connected to the terminal stand 3. Thereby, the electrical insulation of the wound coil can be ensured surely.
