Abstract:

PURPOSE:To improve workability and economy by forming part of slots and coil ends with a mica insulating layer, and forming thermosetting resin insulator- coating layer on the residue of a coil end, a nose and leads. CONSTITUTION:A mica insulator is wound on part of a slot 1 and a coil end 2, insulating varnish is impregnated, thermally polymerized to form a mica insulating layer 5. A coil formed with the layer 5 is preliminarily heated, the coil is dipped in a fluid dipping layer to the range for suitably lapping the coil end 2 with the layer 5, and thermosetting resin powder coated insulating layer 6 is formed on the residue of the coil end 2, the nose 3 and the leads 4.
