Abstract:
To provide an insurance management device capable of further flexibly and simply adjusting an insurance premium of an insurance service, an insurance management method, and an insurance management program.SOLUTION: A server device 20 comprises: a user information acquisition unit 231 (action information acquisition unit) which acquires action information indicating an action of a user; a risk calculation unit 232 which detects a plurality of troubles which could occur in life of the user and calculates a risk value indicating the possibility that each trouble may occur on the basis of the action information; an insurance identification unit 233 which identifies an insurance service corresponding to each trouble; and an insurance premium adjustment unit 234 which adjusts an insurance premium for each of identified insurance services according to a risk value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
