The insurance system using vehicle authentication labels can prevent vehicle robbery, too and is characterized by three terms that an owner of an automobile should pay insurance for the automobile to an insurance company 11 at the time of a contract for the entry or continuation of automobile insurance (1), the insurance company should distribute an insurance policy and a vehicle authentication label 1 in which "vehicle number information" and "insurance information" are recorded to the contractor at the time of the contract (2) and the owner of the automobile should attach the vehicle authentication label to the inside of windowpane of the contracted automobile (3). The vehicle authentication label is characterised in that it has an OVD (optical variable device) effect and it is allowed to be drawn by laser beams or the like so as not to be falsified.
