This motorcycle 1 has an air cleaner (intake device) 13 at a side part of a bank space 12 of the V-type engine E provided in the motorcycle 1. The air cleaner 13 is constituted by combining a main body 100, a filter part 101, and a cover part 102, thereby having a first chamber 104 provided with taking-in ducts 111 and 112, and a second chamber 105 having a delivery duct 113. The delivery duct 113 is arranged to an upper part of the second chamber 105, and is connected to a throttle body 80. A plate-like filter 106 is provided to a vehicle body center side at a lower part of the second chamber 105, and the first chamber 104 is arranged to the vehicle body center side.
