Abstract:
To provide a filter unit which is improved in collection efficiency by increasing the effective area of a filter medium, filter fitting properties, and production efficiency, and a method for molding the filter unit.
In a method for producing the filter medium, the clearance A of an escape part in a mold for the filter unit is 80-115% of the thickness of the filter medium, the clearance B of a grip part is 25-45% of the thickness of the filter medium, and the distance C to the grip part is 0.5-5 mm.
