Abstract:
To provide an integrated circuit for an optical space communication device capable of stably retaining light emission intensity of a light emitting element for signal transmission, and arbitrarily setting the light emission intensity by easily adjusting the light emission intensity of the integrated circuit for the optical space communication device after the completion.
A drive current adjustment section 7 is provided for changing the drive current of an LED 4 by inserting an external element 6 having impedance between terminals T and T. The above drive current adjustment section 7 is provided so that the external element 6 can be inserted from outside the main body of an integrated circuit 1.
