Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit reconstitutable of a function facility and a function facility reconstitution method, by which constitution data stipulating a function facility can be held while power is supplied.
SOLUTION: The integrated circuit is composed of a basic circuit part realizing the function facility with a threshold element circuit network as a constituting element, a function value holding circuit supplying the same value to the next stage circuit through an out2 terminal even when the output value of the basic circuit part changes and a constitution data holding control circuit feeding back the output out0 of the basic circuit to the constitution data input terminal of the basic circuit. The function facility reconstitution method for rewritting the constitution data stipulating the function facility to the basic circuit is constituted by the constitution data holding control circuit.
