Abstract:
To provide an integrated device for sludge cell crush based on a combination of mechanical and ultrasonic technology capable of efficiently recovering nitrogen and phosphorus elements, operating stably, and simplifying management, while applying an advanced weight reduction technology at sewage treatment plants by combining the reduction of sludge and utilization thereof as a resource.SOLUTION: The device includes a mechanical rotating disk unit 1 and an ultrasonic crushing unit 2 connected to each other. The mechanical rotating disk unit includes, in order from top to bottom, a main motor 11, an operating table 12, and a rotating disk chamber 13, and the ultrasonic crushing unit is a device consisting of an operating chamber 21 located in the center, an ultrasonic processing drum 22 fixedly clamped outside the center of the operating chamber, and a slurry drum 23 pivotably clamped outside the ultrasonic processing drum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
