This integrated valve includes a float body 110 having an upper space 1 communicated to a ventilation passage, a lower chamber 2 placed within a fuel tank T, an intermediate chamber 3 placed between the space 1 and the chamber 2, a first communicating portion 4 for communicating the space 1 to the chamber 3, a second communicating portion 5 for communicating the chamber 3 and the chamber 2, a third communicating portion 6 for communicating the space 1 and the chamber 2 not via the chamber 3, and a cut valve for blocking the second communicating portion 5 from the chamber 2 side, raised when fuel flows in, a bloat body 100 having a bent valve for blocking the third communicating portion 6 from the chamber 2 side, raised when fuel flows in, and a check valve configuration body 111 placed in the chamber 3 for operating to open the valves when the inside of the fuel tank T is in a fixed high-pressure state or a fixed low-pressure state.
