Title:
積分球型減光器
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6822660
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimmer that can highly accurately obtain desired light attenuation rate regardless of a size of the dimmer, and makes a measurement work easy.SOLUTION: An integration sphere type dimmer 100 according to the present invention is configured such that for example, two-step integration spheres 110 and 120 are sequentially connected via a connection opening part 130. A first step integration sphere 110 is configured to: make light source light P0 incident; diffusionally reflect the light source light by a reflection film 114 formed in an internal wall surface to thereby generate diffusion light P1; and output the dispersion light outside from a light emerging port 112. A second-step integration sphere 120 is configured to: make the diffusion light P1 incident via the connection opening part 130 from the first-step integration sphere 110; diffusionally reflect the diffusion light by a reflection film 124 formed in the internal surface to thereby generate diffusion light P2; and output the diffusion light outside from a light emerging port 122. In the connection opening part 130, an optical filter 132 can be provided. As the reflection film 114, a high thermostability film is used, and a film of a fading rate is used as the reflection film 124, which in turn a measurement can be made over broad-range luminance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
