CONSTITUTION: A weight setting means which sets the variable weight information in the link 5 according to whether the relation between the nodes 3 at both ends is rough or close is provided and a display varying means which changes the display mode of the intellectual information 2 on the display according to the weight information set by the weight setting means is provided. Consequently, even when the amount of the intellectual information 2 is excessive, an important node can easily be selected and accessed. Further, a display corresponding to the level of an intellectual operation required for a user can be made.
