Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the interactive evaluation device being easy to find out the misoperation of user and easy in the evaluation of operability or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A device 10 to be evaluated has an operation part and a display part. A reference interaction recorder 12 records the normal interaction procedure of the device 10 as a reference interaction procedure consisting of operations arranged in the order of time and response contents. A reference interaction plotting device 14 converts the reference interaction procedure into a reference interaction chart expressed by nodes and arcs arranged on straight line and displays it on a display device 15. An interaction detector 11 detects the interaction data of the user connected to the device 10. A judging device 13 reads the interaction data, compares them with the reference interaction procedure in the reference interaction recorder 12 and plots different parts on the reference interaction chart.
