Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provided an easy and charming method to decorate costume or hair using decorative material.
CONSTITUTION: An ornament 10 to be graced with a decorative element 12 is equipped with a connecting member 14 and retaining members 16 having openings 20. The retaining members 16 are separated and the space parts of which provide areas 22 where there is no hindrance. The decorative element 12 is screwed into the openings 20 then drawn out through the areas where there is no hindrance.
