To enhance the effect of preventing interference between an attachment and a cabin in a critical section, by making an operator conscious of performing a stop processing release operation and clarifying distinction between the critical section and a safe one.
This interference prevention unit is equipped with a controller 15 for stopping the dangerous side motion of the attachment when the working attachment intrudes into the critical section, and a release switch 19 which serves as a momentary switch for releasing stop processing performed by the controller 15. The stop processing is released when an off-operation is performed after the on-operation of the release switch 19 is performed after the stop processing. Additionally, the release of the stop processing is canceled when the working attachment gets out of the critical section, after the release of the stop processing.
