To simplify material composition, reduce processing man-hours, and increase noise absorption performance of interior parts for an automobile made by laminate of a noise absorbing non-woven base material and a skin material.
A breathable fiber type hot melt adhesive 40, a non-woven type hot melt adhesive, or a cob-web type hot melt adhesive is used as the hot melt adhesive disposed between a skin material 20 and a noise absorbing non-woven base material 30. As a result, noise absorption performance of the noise absorbing non-woven base material 30 is improved, and simultaneous needle-punching of the fiber type non-woven 40 and the noise absorbing non- woven base material 30 is enabled. Alternatively, use of the non-woven type hot melt adhesive eliminates the need to use of a non-woven and an urethane pad 22. Further, integration of the non-woven skin and the non-woven type hot melt adhesive by needle punching reduces the processing cost.
