Abstract:
To provide an interior component with a skin material which is sticking specification with one piece of fabric in which a top surface and a side surface are not sewn, and in which the skin material is fixed without occurrence of wrinkles even if a curvature radius of a corner part of a core material is small.SOLUTION: An interior component comprises: a recessed core material 11 including an outer wall 13 therearound; and a skin material 10 of one piece specification which covers a front face of the core material 11; and an inner lid which is attached to a rear face of the core material 11. A resin core material 14 is sewn to an end marginal part of the skin material 10, and an insertion groove 16 is formed at a position adjacent to the outer wall 13 of the core material 11. The end marginal part of the skin material 10 is folded, and the core material 14 is inserted in the insertion groove 16. At a corner part, a projection piece 17 is formed on the skin material 10, the projection piece 17 is fixed to the rear face of the core material 11 while being pulled, and further, the whole end marginal part of the skin material 10 is pressed with an end part of the inner lid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
