To provide an interior structure for a vehicle provided with an interior table which is unnecessary for separately ensuring a storage space of a table, and stored without impairing the appearance in the vehicle when the table is not in use.
The interior structure comprises a first engagement part (a ceiling side projection part) 2 provided on a ceiling part C in a cabin; an illumination appliance having an illumination cover 1 which is attachably/detachably engaged with the first engagement part, having a through-hole, and having an illumination cover 1 with an engaged part with at least one of surface and back sides being flat; and a leg part 4 having a second engagement part (a leg part side projection part) to be attachably/detachably engaged with the engaged part of the illumination cover while the illumination cover provided under a floor surface in the cabin in a storable manner by the folding, arranged on the floor surface and detached from the first engagement part of the ceiling part is loaded on the upper surface so that its flat surface is used as a table.
