To drivenly and comparatively smoothly operate a member via a transmission cable by starting the other member by generating substantial time lag between each member due to a gradual change of operating force when operating a plurality of members mounted on a motorcycle.

This device is provided with starting members disposed at least two separated positions and driven members drivenly operated in relation to starting of the starting members. The transmission cable is connected and disposed among the starting members and the driven members. Each elastic repulsion means is disposed in connecting parts of the starting member sides and the driven member sides of the transmission cable. The starting members and the driven members are interlocked by an elastic repulsion action of the elastic repulsion means. As a result, the substantial time lag is generated to start both of the members, excessive stress load at the time of an initial operation is eliminated, and operation torque from an initial operation to the completion of the operation is comparatively averaged to smoothly interlock the plurality of members and improve durability.
