To provide an intermediate frame which can easily interconnect a plurality of circuit boards and, at the same time, can protect the circuit boards from electrical interference.

An intermediate frame 1 is composed of a nonconductive integrally molded article having a plurality of slots 6 on internal walls 2a and 4a. The slots 6 are formed substantially perpendicularly to circuit boards attached to the frame 1 and respectively fitted with double spring connectors 10, each of which interconnects a plurality of circuit boards. The bow-like contacts of the connectors 10 come into contact with the grounding metallic foil of the circuit boards.
