Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a tumble flow in an internal combustion engine formed with a tumble flow in a cylinder.SOLUTION: An edge portion is formed on a lower wall surface near an opening portion to a combustion chamber in an intake port. A part within a predetermined range sandwiching a center position positioned immediately below a center shaft of the intake port is formed to be generally linear in a lateral direction on the lower wall surface of the intake port.
