To provide an internal intermediate pressure 2-stage compressor unit that performs sealing of a high-stage muffler cover without using O-rings that has a problem with durability in CO2 coolant atmosphere.
An internal intermediate pressure 2-stage compressor unit 1 includes a high-stage compression element side bearing 8 provided at high-stage compression element 2b, serving as bearing of a rotating shaft 18; a high-stage muffler 7 with an opening on an axial one end face in a space portion between an annular-shaped high-stage compression element side bearing inner diameter portion 8b of the high-stage compression element side bearing 8 and an annular-shaped high-stage compression element side bearing outer diameter portion 8a; and a high-stage muffler cover 9 that blocks the axial one end face on which the high-stage muffler 7 has the opening. The sealing between the high-stage muffler 7 and an enclosed container 1a is performed between the high-stage muffler cover 9 and the axial one end faces of the high-stage compression element side bearing inner diameter portion 8b and the high-stage compression element side bearing outer diameter portion 8a of the high-stage compression element side bearing 8.
