Abstract:
To create a further accurate inventory possession plan between a first process and a second process.SOLUTION: An inventory possession plan creating device includes a process schedule creation unit for creating a process schedule, an inventory volume processing unit for acquiring a temporal transition of an inventory volume of semi-finished products. The process schedule creation unit includes an assignment control unit which performs an assignment process for assigning processing of the semi-finished products to the facility, a delivery date delay determination unit for determining whether a delivery date delay has occurred or not, an initial inventory decision unit which performs a decision process for determining a semi-finished product to be possessed as an initial inventory when the delivery date delay has been determined, and an object adjustment unit which performs an adjustment process for removing semi-finished products determined to be possessed as the initial inventory from the assignment object. The process schedule creation unit creates the process schedule by causing the assignment control unit, the delivery date delay determination unit, the initial inventory determination unit, and the object adjustment unit to repeatedly perform the assignment process, the determination process, the decision process, and the adjustment process, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
