Abstract:
To provide a further accurate inverse proportion circuit in which influence by an external circuit connected therewith is reduced.
This circuit comprises a transistor Q3 contributing to output of current in addition to transistors Q1 and Q2 contributing to inverse proportional operation. According to this, the collector-emitter voltage of the transistors Q1 and Q2 is made constant regardless of the state of the external circuit. Consequently, an error factor for inverse proportional relation between respective currents carried to the transistors Q1 and Q2 can be reduced.
