The inverted two-wheel vehicle 10 includes: a parallel link mechanism 1 that inclines as an occupant moves his or her center of gravity; an operation handle 2 that is coupled to the parallel link mechanism 1 and inclines in synchronization with the inclination of the parallel link mechanism 1; an angle detection device for detecting an inclination angle of the operation handle 2; a moving distance detection device for detecting a moving distance of a moving unit that moves according to the inclination of the parallel link mechanism 1; and an inclination angle calculating device for calculating an inclination angle of the operation handle 2 based on the moving distance detected by the moving distance detection device.
