To limit inrush current generated during motor starting in a motor control device provided with an inverter without a booster circuit.

This control circuit controls a motor concentrically connected to a vehicular turbocharger, and is provided with a direct current power source, an inverter circuit converting direct current voltage input from the direct current power source into alternating current voltage by switching a switching circuit provided with a smoothing capacitor without boosting the same and providing the same to the motor and provided with an inrush current prevention circuit in a front stage of the switching circuit, and a control part controlling the inverter circuit.
