Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the time change rate of a gate current at switching time by chopping a gate power source circuit at the timing outputted from a gate pulse 2 and applying a DC voltage having instantaneously high peak value to a gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:An inverter bridge 4 controlled by a gate pulse outputted from a gate controller 7, and an AC is outputted to an induction motor 5. The controller 7 has a speed setter 71, a linear accelerator/decelerator 72, a 3-wave logic 73, a logic reference oscillator 74, a frequency divider 75, transistors 76, 77, a transformer 78, an AC/DC converter 79, a gate circuit 80, and an AND circuit 81. A 2-gate power source voltage 70 is chopped at the timing for outputting a gate pulse form the circuit 80, and an DC voltage having an instantaneously high peak value is supplied to the circuit 80.
