A first housing space 101 and a second housing space 102 provided in a case 1 are surrounded by an outer wall 104, and sectioned vertically by a partition 103. The first housing space 101 is located above the partition 103, and the upper part facing the partition 103 is open. The second housing space 102 is located below the partition 103, and the lower part facing the partition 103 is open. A first irreversible circuit element 3 is housed in the first housing space 101, and a second irreversible circuit element 5 is housed in the second housing space 102.
