A transmission information processing circuit 5 provided to each of plural ISDN line circuit(ILC) 2 connecting terminals 1-1,-corresponding to the ISDN in a digital exchange, a caller origin terminal 1-1 inserts and updates a destination incoming address sequentially to an incoming address of a message in the case of receiving the call control message from the terminals 1-1-1-4 including UUI(user.user information) where the caller origin terminal 1-1 decides an order of the distribution and stores incoming destination addresses corresponding to plural distributed destination terminals 1-2,-, a CPU 4 selects the ILC 2 connecting a terminal of the inserted and updated incoming address and the updated message is transmitted to the terminal of the incoming address. Furthermore, in the transmission information processing circuit 5 prescribed transmission data transmitted to remaining distributed destination at least are stored temporally in the case of distributing to the terminal and the data are used for succeeding distribution.
