An issuing system for lottery with coupon including an issuing system to issue automatically-numbered lotteries with coupon allowing both of the stores and manufactures which are providers of advertising information to use the issuing system by using a computer system, wherein the issuing system can provide advertising information to collect answers of a questionnaire and can achieve reductions in time and cost.
