Abstract:
To provide a Japanese pancake capable of providing a freshly-baked feeling with a short-time re-heating even after being cooled.SOLUTION: A Japanese pancake of this invention includes baking dough containing batter using a pancake maker having a baking mold provided with an uneven plane. The batter includes grain flour, fat, and water, and may further include starch. The fat may be powdered with a powdering agent. The fat content may be 5-40 pts.mass relative to total 100 pts.mass of the grain flour and the starch. That pancake maker may be an American-type waffle maker.SELECTED DRAWING: None
