To separate a clamp table of a jig and a locking head of a band clamp secured to a wire harness from each other by constituting the clamp table connected to a strut of the jig of the band clamp freely advancably by an expander, and moving forward the clamp table towards a tensile direction of a band on a side opposite to the strut of the jig.
The rear end of an operating lever is depressed against resiliency of a second spring, so that a fore claw is detached from a front locking groove. An unlocked rod 16 is moved forward by the resilience of a first spring, is advanced until a rear-locking groove reaches the claw, and then, the claw is locked in the rear-locking groove so that the rod 16 stops. When with the forward movement of the rod 16, a clamp table 14 secured to the front end of the rod 1 is also moved forward from the position between a wire harness W/H, a stopper 14c positioned in front of a locking head 6a of a band clamp 6 is moved forward, so that the clamp table 14 can be detached from the locking head 6a of the band clamp 6 which secured to the wire harness W/H.
