The rear end of an operating lever is depressed against resiliency of a second spring, so that a fore claw is detached from a front locking groove. An unlocked rod 16 is moved forward by the resilience of a first spring, is advanced until a rear-locking groove reaches the claw, and then, the claw is locked in the rear-locking groove so that the rod 16 stops.
