A job analytic system 11 for analyzing a variety of jobs in a basic system 15 for executing various jobs is provided with a DB template 12 having a data base 41 for extracting various data provided in the basic system 15, storing and holding the extracted data, a job analytic template 13 for instructing the collection of data required for analyzing various jobs to the DB template 12, displaying the analytic menu of various jobs and outputting an analytic instruction to operationally designated analysis and an OLAP template 14 having an analyzed result output means for retrieving the data required for analysis instructed from the DB template 12 based on the analytic instruction inputted from the job analytic template 13, executing the instructed analysis while using the retrieved result and outputting the analyzed result of the executed analysis.
