PURPOSE: To realize both the reduction of diagnostic time and the precise definition of a problem job.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a first processing (60) diagnosing the job of an information input source based on information that information to a job judged to be without a problem by the job of the information input source has no problem at the time of judging the diagnostic result of one job to be without a problem by a question and answer (10) concerning diagnosing between a diagnosing person and the system. Besides, the system is provided with second processings (80 and 50) which diagnose a sub job by the question and answer when the diagnostic result of a job has a problem, so as to find a sub job with the problem among them and furthermore move to the diagnosing of the job of the information input original to the sub job, and third processings (40 and 20) which chase the problem sub job based on the diagnostic history from the job of downstream to that of upstream so as to output the diagnostic result.
