Abstract:

To join double tubes each other without having larger diameter part.

A butting part of inner tubes 28 is welded and a cylindrical added leg member 34 having the same diameter as the outer tube 29 is mounted for a discontinuous part 23 of outer tubes 29 formed when butting the inner tubes 28. A projecting part 40 formed to the outer tube 29 and extending toward the side of cylindrical added leg member 34 are aligned with a recessed part 41 formed to the cylindrical added leg member 34 and a sagging preventing part 39 is formed at the inner face side of a groove 38 of the outer tube 29 and cylindrical added leg member 34. Successively, by welding the groove 38 of the outer tube 29 and cylindrical added leg member 34, the double tubes 30, 31 are joined each other.
