PURPOSE: To improve the journal output processing performance by outputting with dispersion the journal output requests received from plural jobs via the journal buffers corresponding to each user job based on the job identification information.
CONSTITUTION: A job register part 30 sets the instructed job identification information to a job identification information table 40. When a journal output request is received from a user job holding part 10, a journal editing part 60 decides the end of all journal outputs. If all journal outputs are not finished yet, a table search part 61 searches the job identification information entries 41 and 42 to acquire the corresponding journal buffers 51 and 52. Then the journal record is outputted via the journal buffer set previously opposite to the corresponding user job. Thus the journal output processing performance is improved.
