PURPOSE: To enable to catch designated line wire automatically and retransmitting final originating number by detecting recall information from a recall information storage means at the time of redial calling and discriminating whether state of using of a line wire corresponding to originating line wire key number is idle or busy.

CONSTITUTION: A dial data discriminating section 14 discriminates whether it is recall or not by presence or absence of a recall signal, and when it is not recall (and not line wire outgoing) sends out mistone. When recalling, a recall information detection and line wire condition discriminating section 16 reads recall information (outgoing line wire number + outgoing number) written in designated TEL address from recall memory 11 in response to recall signal, and discriminates whether the line wire is idlestate "0" or busy state "1". In the case of "idle" state, outgoing number read out from the recall memory 11 is sent out to a line wire interface 20 as dial sending instruction. A line wire interface 15 sends out a dial signal to designated line wire basing on this.
