PURPOSE: To quicly connect a line by sending a call tone signal to a caller without sending a busy tone signal when a called terminal equipment or a transfer destination terminal equipment is busy.

CONSTITUTION: A line wire processing section 16 processes the arrival of line wire call from a trunk line. When a called terminal equipment 20 is busy and the reception of the call is disable, a busy tone representing a busy state is not sent by a ring back tone is sent to a caller through a terminal control section 3 and the line wire processing section 16. One call time T set to the terminal control section 3 inn advance is counted by a timer 10. When the time reaches the call time T, the terminal equipment 20 is called again. When the terminal equipment 20 is available of call, the terminal equipment 20 is called and the line is connected. When the calling is disable, the calling by the arrival of the call time T is repeated. Even when the terminal equipment 20 is busy regardless of calling for the prescribed number of times, the terminal control section 3 sends a busy tone to the caller.
