To widen the effective width of a storage space of a drawer, in the drawer for a kitchen cabinet, which is hollow having an outer surface part and an inner surface part and equipped with side plates whose width at the lower part is made wider than that at the upper part by positioning the lower part of the inner surface part in the inner side direction.

A base 50 for mounting a paper holder 60 is provided adjacently to the inner surface part 22b of one side plate 22. Further, in the base 50, the lower part of the side face facing the inner surface part 22b of the one side plate 22 includes a first inclined surface 51a and a second inclined surface 51b and is moved back toward the inner side along the outer shape of the inner surface part 22b. Then, the base 50 has a hook part 52 engaged with the upper end of the one side plate 22 and is supported by the side plate 22 by the engagement of the hook part 52.
