Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY HEATING DEVICE CONNECTABLE TO ROBOT OR THE LIKE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3155818
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a high-frequency heating device to be connected to a welding robot or the like by connecting a heating coil fitted to the end of the arm of a robot electrically to a high-frequency generator, and further jointing the coil and the generator via a movable connecting member forming a cooling water circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A heating coil 15 is fitted to the end of the arm 12 of a robot 11, and this coil 15 is jointed to a high-frequency generator 17 via a movable connecting member 16 comprising a hose as a cooling water circuit in common with a lead wire led therein. As a result, even when the generator 17 is positioned on a robot body or in the vicinity thereof and the arm 12 moves, the member 16 can follow the motion. Consequently, a brazing work with high- frequency heating can be automated by use of the robot 11. Also, a wiring and piping work becomes very simple, and a coil section 29 of small diameter can be effectively cooled without hindering the operation of the robot 11 or the like. Thus, heat generation can be restrained, and high-frequency heating can be stably undertaken.
