PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed composition capable of simply and easily dispersing a resin to a cellulose nano fiber even with high content, a manufacturing method thereof and a composite material.SOLUTION: A mixed composition can be obtained by mixing (or melting mixing) a composition containing at least a thermoplastic resin solution and a cellulose raw material while removing a solvent, micronizing (or nano-sizing) the cellulose raw material and dispersing the micronized cellulose nanofiber in a resin at high content.SELECTED DRAWING: None
