Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading and stirring device where a cost for mounting a stirring blade 4 to a rotary shaft 5 is reduced and stirring efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A self-cleaning type kneading and stirring device includes: two rotary shafts 5 arranged in parallel which rotate at the same rotary speed in the same direction; A plurality of stirring blades 4 installed to be perpendicular to each direction of the rotating shaft and eccentric to a shaft center of the rotating shaft; and a casing 1 where an inner circumferential surface for housing the rotary shaft and the stirring blade becomes a trajectory of an outer circumferential of the stirring blade, where a part of the outer circumferential of the stirring blade closes to the inner circumferential surface of the casing in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft, and a part of the outer circumferential of one of both the stirring blades facing each other and mounted to the same position in a shaft direction of both rotating shafts closes to an outer circumferential of the other stirring blade. Each stirring blade includes a mounting part to be mounted to the rotary shaft forming an arc shaped recess 46 as same as an arc of the outer circumferential of the rotary shaft. The recess includes an opening of half or less than the outer circumferential of the rotary shaft. The recess is fitted to the rotary shaft and the stirring blade 4 is mounted to the rotary shaft by welding b. The stirring blade is divided, and a material to be treated is entered in a space 43 between divided members 41 and 42, thereby, stirring efficiency is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
